Amy joined the CRW team in 2020 as a Customer Service Representative for our Commercial Lines Department. Her days are focused on helping businesses better understand their insurance needs and coverage options, ultimately finding the best coverage for their unique needs. She knows insurance can be overwhelming so makes it her mission to help customers make informed decisions with confidence.
Amy grew up in New Holstein and now lives in St. Anna with her husband (whom she met in the First Grade!) along with their son and daughter. Among Amy’s favorite leisure activities is working in her garden, enjoying her flowers as well as travelling. And travelling she has done! (see fun facts below!)
