Mellony came onboard in 2020 as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative.  She loves that her days are spent helping people make sense of their insurance.  Whether answering questions over the phone, updating policies for customers, or reviewing their current policies to ensure they match the unique needs of each person… she excels at delivering a better-than-expected experience.

Originally from the Plymouth/Sheboygan area, she now lives in Kiel with her husband, two children and two fur babies. From exploring the open road on their motorcycle, to the shorelines with her kayak, to the adventures of camping, the outdoors is where Mellony loves to spend her free time.
